Festival recognizes that independent films matter now more than ever
because of the important questions they ask about our world.
Independent filmmakers are free of the constraints and censorship of
Hollywood and in turn depend on film festivals to carry their messages
and images directly to people.
The
Atlanta Philosophy Film
Festival is the only festival of its kind in America and we hope to
become the market place for outstanding Philosophical films and videos.
As
a grassroots film
festival, we depend not only on the financial support of the community
in the form of donations and sponsorships, but also on the
relationships we are able to build with other organizations through
cooperative advertising.
In this spirit we offer the
